Ramadan Program 2025
“Ramadan Food Distribution - Bangladesh” intends to provide food items to 650 most vulnerable families with 3250 persons to ensure their food security, meet nutritional requirement and improve mental happiness in the holy Ramadan month whilst the Muslims observe day-long fasting and they need nutritious food at the end of fasting to keep good health. The Ramadan food package will keep the beneficiaries free from anxiety and reduce hardship to run the families during the holy Ramadan.
Main objectives:
(i) To improve the food security of families living in poverty line.
(ii) To prevent hunger related deaths.
(iii) To improve the mental happiness of family members.
Beneficiary Selection Criteria:
o Should belong to a low-income household whose earnings are less than $3/day
o At least 50% of the families should be headed by women
o The family consists of at least 5 people or more (mother, father, 3 children OR mother and 4 children)
